How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased in advance from our website here, or at our box office at 1650 Market Street when you're feeling spontaneous.

What type of discounts and offers are available?

Discounts and offers are only available at our ticketing desk at 1650 Market Street. You must show valid ID to be eligible to receive a discount.

-Military - $10 general admission for ID holder + 1 guest (applies to all active duty and retired military personnel)

How many people constitute a group?

Our group minimum is 15 guests. To take advantage of group rates, reservations must be made in advance by contacting our group sales department at Diane@PhillyFromTheTop.com or by calling 215.845.4160.

Where is One Liberty Observation Deck located?

One Liberty Observation Deck is located on the 57th floor of Philadelphia's One Liberty skyscraper, which is located at 1650 Market Street. The main entrance is on the south side of Market Street between 16th and 17th streets. Visitors will enter on the first floor and take an escalator or elevator to the second floor for ticketing. One Liberty is located across the street from SEPTA's Suburban Station which provides easy access from regional rail trains and subway services. 

Where can we park?

There's a parking lot in One Liberty Place (44 S. 16th St.) as well as several other parking lots in the vicinity and some metered parking in the area.

Are you close to any of the sightseeing bus stops?

Yes, there is a stop right in front of our building for the Philly PHLASH (Stop 15), Big Bus and Trolley Works (Stop 18) and Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours has a stop 1 block away (Stop 19). You can hop on and hop off before and after your visit. Learn more about getting around!

How much time should we allow for a visit?

Most people find that 60-75 minutes is usually enough time to enjoy the Philly love from above. However, peak times may be slightly longer. There is no time limit to how long guests can stay during our operational hours.

Where do we check in if we pre-purchased tickets online?

No need to check in at our ticketing desk. Head to the second floor and be sure to stop and take a souvenir photo before your express elevator ride to the top.

How many people can the observatory accommodate?

Up to 275 guests can enjoy the views at one time.

Do you offer discounted rates for groups?

Absolutely. If you have 15 friends or more who are ready for the top-notch view, please contact Diane Meglino  or call 215.561.DECK (3325) for more information.

Can you rent the Observation Deck for Events?

Yes, Philadelphia's only 360 event space is available for rent. Learn More

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

Tickets can be purchased via cash or credit card. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners and American Express. Reserved admission tickets purchased online are not eligible for refund.

What if it rains?

No rain check needed. The Observatory is fully enclosed and operates rain or shine.

Are you handicapped accessible?

Of course. Just let us know if anyone in your party needs special attention.

Do you have a gift shop?

Yes, there's a gift shop full of Philly From The Top memorabilia and keepsakes. Merchandise is also available online!

Is there a restaurant at the Observation Deck?

We do not have a restaurant on the Observation Deck, but if you worked up an appetite with all that Instagramming, we have a large and varied food court on the main level of One Liberty Place.

Can we take pictures?

We encourage you to take pictures! There will be photo opportunities at every turn. We'll even have our photographer enhance your snaps with green screen photos; they are available for purchase adjacent to our gift shop. However, please no tripods or any stationary lighting trees.

Can I bring my pet?

Only service animals are allowed on the Observation Deck.

What are your hours of operation?

We're open 365 days a year. Our last admission is 30 minutes before closing. Please check out our hours here

Which languages are the interactive experiences in?

We speak French, Spanish, German, Mandarin Chinese and English.

Is food and beverage allowed on the Observation Deck?

No outside food and beverage are permitted on the Observation Deck, except for babies who get special treatment. They can bring their bottles. You may get your Philly eats in the Food Court and Plaza on the main level.

Are wheelchairs and strollers permitted on the Observation Deck?

Wheelchairs, strollers and scooters are permitted.

Are there any age restrictions to go to the 57th floor?

You must be at least 12 years of age to enjoy the viewtiful city. Those under 12, please bring your favorite grown-up.

Are there restrooms available at the Observation Deck?

Yes, we have restrooms on the 57th floor.

What time is the last trip to the Observation Deck?

Your last chance to rise to the top will be 30 minutes before we close.
