What constitutes a group?

Our group minimum is 20 guests.

How do I purchase tickets for groups of 20 or more?

Contact Diane Meglino at  or by phone at 215.845.4160 to make your reservations. We cannot guarantee rates and availability for walk-in groups, but booking in advance ensures the best service for your group. Our group sales office is open from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. 

What are your group rates?

We offer special pricing for local schools and qualified receptive and tour operators. Please contact Diane Meglino at  or by phone at 215.845.4160 to receive pricing information.

Are non-profit groups tax exempt?

Groups are not tax exempt. A 5% amusement tax is required for all guests. 

How does our group check in?

We ask that your group leader call the Manager on Duty at 215-617-6425 ten minutes prior to your group's arrival. An associate will be waiting on our first floor entrance with your group tickets, and will guide your group to the second floor to begin your experience. 

Where does our bus go?

Your bus driver can drop your group off at 1650 Market Street. There is a bus loading and unloading spot right in front of the building just steps from our entrance of One Liberty Observation Deck.

What size group can you accommodate?

We can accommodate groups up to 275 guests on the Observation Deck at one time.

Do you offer discounted rates for student groups?

Yes, we do for groups of 20 or more, please check with our group sales department for further information.

Do you offer Student Planners for school groups?

Sky School Student Planners are available on our website in four (4) different grade levels. Please contact Diane Meglino at  for the answer sheets.

Are there performance opportunities for school bands and choirs?

Yes, school bands and choirs can perform downstairs at the Shops at Liberty Place in their Rotunda. Please contact  for further information and size restrictions.

Can you host private events for Groups?

Yes, our observation deck can accommodate private and semi-private events for groups of 75-275. Learn More

What is your payment and cancellation policy for groups?

We accept cash, company or certified check, all major credit cards and electronic wire transfers. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations can be made at least 30 days prior to your event date without penalty. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled event will be charged 25% of your original total contracted amount. Full payment is due seven business days prior if paying by check drawn on a US bank or 48 hours if paying by credit card or wire transfer.

What if it rains?

The observation deck is fully enclosed and operates rain or shine.

Are you handicapped accessible?

Yes, please let us know if anyone in your party will be in a wheelchair.

Do you have a gift shop?

Yes, we have a wonderful gift shop with unique treasures to take home with you.

Is there a restaurant at the Observation Deck?

We do not have a restaurant on the Observation Deck, but there is a large food court on the main level of One Liberty Place, along with 2 restaurants and 42 stores for world-class shopping.

Can we take pictures?

Yes, you will have breathtaking views for amazing photo opportunities.

What are your hours of operation?

October - April 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

May - September 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Which languages are the interactive experiences in?

French, Spanish, German, Mandarin Chinese and English.

Do you offer group packages with other attractions and restaurants in the city?

Yes, we offer several packages with other attraction and restaurant partners. You can learn more here or contact our group sales department.
