Halloween Activities – Oktoberfest

On October 18-19th, visit 23rd Street Armory's Oktoberfest to experience authentic German decorations, drinks and fun.

Special concerts, parades and festivals all celebrate the Hispanic heritage, including the Philadelphia International Unity Cup.
